‘Defeat in Ukraine could be the end of Putin’ - expert explains
Spread The Viralist

Russia’s Vladimir Putin is obsessed with his legacy. He has compared himself to Peter the Great, the tsar who founded St Petersburg and created the modern Russian empire.

That was Putin’s plan but with Ukrainian forces now pushing back and Russian men fleeing the country, it’s not going the way he had hoped.

So is he losing his hold on power?

We speak to Angela Stent, an author, professor and an expert in all things Russia and Putin. She explains that while Putin’s legacy is damaged and his hold on power is slightly weaker – it’s too early to say if this is the beginning of the end for the Russian leader.

  3. Russia will not lose this War if they end it and withdraw it will not be they lost, it will be a deal has been made by the West. Russia has too many friends in the energy World and energy is the key here not the weaponry.

  4. The Russian people need to remove the elderly , ill , senile Putin. Who is going to clean up his mess when he is dead. Time for Russia to look for a new leader.

  6. You Ukrainians have been begging for help and getting it from day one we know this from watching the news .this lady said when Putin first came to power he wanted better relationship with the west . Then she went around the block when the interviewer asked if she thought that attitude had changed .

  7. Probably not. He will just buckle down at home and become more repressive. Only the russian elites can dethrone him before he kills all of them….

  8. You guy’s are doing well selling Putin: He’s been such a boon to people repeating words that serve only to infuriate. He is infuriating, but you’re not very much different

  9. Putin can only afford diainformation and misinformation regarding him getting stronger or weaker….he will be mightier to form strategy and plan further for his Russian federation for future….he is expert and experienced to value security and secrecy…

  10. Is Putin losing control? Is the ruble more powerful than ever? I get very different narratives depending on the video I'm clicking on. That being said as someone on the European continent who is not fond of my leaders, of Putin, of Biden, I m not sure which one is a propaganda supposed to make me happy. I'm not part of the war effort. I don't need to be convinced that my sacrifice is not in vain. I m freaking glad that my country is less corrupt (by a little margin) than China or Russia. Putin's monopoly on gas and petrol would suck for pretty much everybody but him and oligarchs. I hope it is a wake up call to Europe to notice that our soil is void of energy. We need innovation and unfortunately, nuclear energy and electric transports. So far, I think that India is winning this war.

  11. Total BS this lady is just another establishment toadie. Check out Scott Ritter, New Atlas, Redacted, or the Duran to find out what is really happening in Ukraine. and it ain't remotely Like good ole CH 4 and their lackey are describing. These warmongers are sacrificing innocent Ukraine lives in their sick quest to bring about regime change in RUSSIA.

  12. a phoney war bankrolled by UKraine and uncle sam as there own countries fall into financial ruin
putin has been very patient with look at me zelenski while inocent familys
get caught up in his self serving folly
of course he will amass a personal fortune fr
om the arms deals and salt it away
for him when vlad spits the dummy and chases him out the country

  13. Russia will indeed collapse without strong leadership and unfortunatly Putin is weak and deranged. He thought he could be strong by killing all rivals and successors. Instead he has undermined himself and will lead to Russia yet again destroying itself from the inside, Russia is made of many states and it is only a matter of time now before they break away from Moscow leadership that steals their resources and kills their youth, all for the ego of a deranged old madman.

  14. We are the baddies people. We are funding White supremacists and Nazis in Ukraine and were part of terrorist bomb attacks on innocent civilians. Boris put an end to peace talks between Ukraine and Russia also. Every war the US and UK have been part of these last 2 decades have been about oil and money. This war is no different.

  15. her arguments are those of propaganda and gossip, the history of Russia is more than "a thousand years of autocrats and authoritarianism", it is that, but furthermore is also the history of Moscovia as an expanding empire.

  16. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Isaiah 13:17 Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it.
Isaiah 13:18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eye shall not spare children.
Isaiah 13:19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
