  1. This is a very concise presentation that in 25 minutes highlighted the true scope of China's problems. The decline of the property sector and the intractable debt load by property developers along with countless uncompleted projects only points to more economic disaster. It is tragic so many Chinese have their investment from personal savings into a hoped-for home end up being wiped out financially and unable to recover in their lifetime.

  2. Mr Ping-Pong destroyed the country with his dictatorial extreme left wing socialist policies, trying to control everything, and even destroying the brightest and best entrepreneurs in the country, because he was jealous of them as a threat to his power. Zero COVID was the cherry on the top to finish it all off.

  3. Inflation hits people a lot harder than a crashing stock or housing market as it directly affects people's cost of living that people immediately feel the impact of. It's not surprising negative market sentiment is so high now. We really need help to survive in this Economy. The fin-Market;s have underperformed the U.S. economy as fear of inflation hammers the prices of stock;s and bonds. My portfoliio of $250k is down to $192k any recommendation;s to scale up my return;s during this crash will be highly appreciated.

  4. 9:45 If I EVER see or hear of my loved one treated that way I'll track the person responsible down and hire homeless people to destroy their life. $1,000 will easily motivate a HP to throw a Molotov into their window.

  5. If I had money, and if chinas policies towards foreign buyers allowed it without me living there, I would buy up these ghost town properties and make them exclusive communities.

  6. I think their collapsing economy and ideological support of the Chinese people could be due to their unjust and brutal treatment of so many people who are suffering a lot more than those who are not imprisoned and tortured and harvested and re-educated.

  7. Japan left a legacy to the world for being the hardest working people on planet earth. Japan grew its economy in 40 years, what the United States took 150 years.
