This doesn't look like Las vegas
As awful as Las Vegas is I'd wish it would fall into a sinkhole. And then a major earthquake needs to hit to totally eliminate the city to the ground. After that whatever is left set a flame to it and set it on fire. If the Mandalay Bay is still there make sure there's another Stephen Paddock around to kill whoever is left.
