How To Actually Win A Street Fight
Spread The Viralist

Everyone tells you to run away like you’re a white girl running away from Asian men but sometimes it’s not that simple. I’ve always been disappointed by the advice online about how to win a fight. Sometimes you can’t run. Sometimes you have to strike first. Here’s what to do in a fight to keep yourself safe – how to actually win a street fight.

  1. In fight 1v1, wrestling is the ultimate skill. End of discussion.
If you think im wrong, explain me how do you beat a wrestler with kickboxing, boxing, muay thai, etc..?

  2. Please man, delete this video. I'm not trying to be mean or anything but this advice will get some people knocked out if they listen to you. I aggree with the part where you say try to avoid. Yes, absolutely. These days people don't always go to fight with bare fists. You can get killed in any fight. I also aggree with the part where you say try to get further from the aggressor. But PLEASE guys, NEVER EVER hold your hands up. It will give him the confidence to attack. Walk backwards, never turn your back. While walking start making gestures with your pointing finger while repeatedly telling him to stop getting close to me. Very important part, don't do this in a victim voice, get your deep voice out (not the cringy forced one, the more natural).

Another important part. CHECK THE LAWS!! Don't listen to this guy, check them. Obviously not at the club where this is happening, check it before, CHECK NOW! In most countries it's enough for you to attack if someone is obviously about to attack you. BUT NOT IN EVERY COUNTRY. check it for your country. This is very important. If you don't check it, you might lose even if you win the fight.

You will get shaky if you've never been in a situation like this. It's absolutely okay, you just can't let it get over you. I'm a type of guy who gets very much adrenaline, I don't feel any pain and I am making way more faster movements than in my boxing workouts. There is a type of movement which really wins you the mindgame of it with your hands, but I can't explain it in words because I know you would do it wrong, because I can't tell it properly. It's like doing a movement repeatedly with your hands, the movement when you pull your hands up to a punch from the boxing basic stand. Stop right before you would throw a punch. Very important that you do this repeatedly and fast because if you do it only once or do it slow, then the aggressor might attack you because he think that you are about to punch. This will also keep you focused and you'll have a constant momentum. My streetfighting fellas know what I am talking about.

Another very crucial thing. THE MOST MOST IMPORTANT PART: DON'T GO FOR ELBOWS!! For an elbow, you have to be like a half meter away from each other. Keep at least one and a half meter distance. Trust me. If you only keep a meter, you can't react in time. Because you are currently moving backwards. You have to stop properly before throwing a punch because you won't have any force if you do it while moving backwards.

If you feel there is no chance to avoid this fight, or you can't back up anymore because of space or it has been too long that you are doing this(1-2 mins) then you must attack first.

Start walking faster backwards so you gain a bit more distance. Stand. Don't let him know that you are about to attack. Give him a last warning. If he continues, then you must do the step-in hook or jab (i prefer hook). You have to do this very rapid.

Important note: Aggressors are most likely not doing martial arts. If you don't want to get to know martial arts in deep, i'd still recommend you just learn the boxing basics, from a master, NOT from youtube. And PLEASE don't learn karate k1 and other bullshits if you only need it for streetfights. I know that karate matches when they knock each other out with kicks look cool, but it's useless in a fight where there is no rules.

Sometimes Hamza's tips might work better, but I'm really confident that most of the times, this works better.
I've been in fights in street, clubs and I defended my family from 2 break-ins to our house, and i only lost one fight, a long time ago. That was the point when I started to learn martial arts.

Everybody has his guy, the one that can beat the shit out of him without any effort. You never know who is standing in front of you. Might be a professional fighter, might be a little weak nobody trying to impress others, but also he can be a guy who stabs anyone anytime.

  3. I fought lterally 3 times in my 28yr old life, and one was against my dad. didn't want to listen to his shit in argument so I punched him. Needless to say I broke his nose, but he gave me beating I've never had in my life. Never fuck with old man strength, It's really a thing

  4. Never been in a street fight or anything similar because i'm the type to avoid trouble as much as possible, in fights whether you win or lose someone gets hurt, someone will go down and will be affected mentally, physically or emotionally, and the idea messes up with my head. Maybe their lives will be affected, their familiars or friends or your own life/family/friends, you could even end up getting caught in legal problems or having to deal with a plethora of things later on, defusing the situation or trying to get to the root of things as soon as possible and get a good answer to solve things in the spot is what i always choose, preferably running away if possible.

With that said, if someone forces me to it i'm going to kill whoever fights me. They're not getting away without learning the consequences.

  5. One of the best advises for self defense, but I am afraid it cannot work for me since I have neck issues and cannot go to some serious martial arts training ๐Ÿ™

  6. only time i ever "flight" was when i was seeing this chick an her BD met up with us to pick up his kids dude was high as balls but he came at me with brass knuckles that had a blade attached to them normally i would fight an hold my own but i felt in this situation i was at a big disadvantage so i think i made the right choice what's your opinion on this did i make the right move or was i a bitch an should have fight an tried to find a weapon of my own

  7. The other week some bellend almost run me over so I started shouting all sorts of shit – two seconds later he got out his car arms out like the big man – what did you say to me bro ? I was like youโ€™re driving like a fucking bellend and youโ€™re out here trying to start shit with me – he started backing away saying all sorts of crazy shit a normally I freeze up because I am rubbish with confrontation – but as he was taking a back step I decided to push my luck and start walking towards him – he backed off into his car. I feel if I took a back step first shit would have went wrong for me ๐Ÿง. The message I took from that situation is sometimes running away is the wrong response – lucky for me I was feeling brave that day
