4. I totally believe Hugo's blind. I had a duck with no eyes- NO EYES- who navigated just fine. A blind cat navigating normally is absolutely believable.

8. Having had 2 blind dogs & one sighted at the same time, I get it!
   The 3 of them bonded within DAYS (2), and the ensuing years brought great times.
   They were so amazing, I was continually called out with “No way they’re blind!!!”
   Yes they were, and they were that amazing.

17. Thank you for the rescue. When you mentioned Beth Stern it put a smile on my face knowing that her hard work gave a cat a Furever home. Howard talks about it often on his show. He says there are litter boxes all over the house except for the basement where he has his home studio.

19. the way I adopt cats is different. They just show up and never go away. Currently I've got three cats and yep all of them just showed up at my house and decided to stay. It's been some years now

26. One day while walking in the woods we came across a female cat that was pretty much blind, and was totally deaf. It was clear the cat had had at least one litter. Even with her disabilities and in spite of the local coyotes and other predators, somehow she'd survived for a few years out in the open country. Although she was extremely shy at first we were able to get her to come into our barn, where we made a cozy place for her. She stayed with us and became somewhat accepting of us until she died in her sleep after several years. She was actually very sweet and we were happy she stayed with us for the rest of her life.
