In this compilation video, we go over multiple clips from bear attacks, encounters and even charges. What makes these ”caught on camera” moments so scary is the fact that they were filmed in remote areas like a forest, national parks, alaska, russia and canada.

Encounters with black bears, brown bears and even kodiak bears are actually way more common than you might think. They often happen to people who are hiking, camping, mountain biking or even hunting.

It just turns out that some of them were lucky enough to capture footage of these near death experiences that almost went wrong on camera and go pro. This leads to some very creepy videos.

Thankfully, many people on hikes carry bear spray, which prevents their bear encounter from turning into ”gone wrong” viral moments.

Get ready, because these bear vs man moments that could easily be considered near death experiences are sure to give you the chills.

  1. 35:07 I love watching bears as much as the next person, but I also know not to hang out on a bridge with mama bear and 3 cubs. WTF. people- you are the threat and the cause of any self-defense from the bears in this situation. And I am not ignorant to bear behavior or experiences. And I am not a bear novice, but understand how the different species behave.

  2. Best to put electric fence around the property ..If bear touch the live wire it get shocked and run away from it … I used 400 acres electric fence unit on my 10 acres property. It strong shock on bear’s nose and run fast away from my property I has few
    grizzly bears in Alaska…

  3. Maybe a little more research was needed before putting this video out. The so called “explorers” at #12 were two hunters (you can even see their bow), the blue barrel was a bait barrel (legal there) and the bear that claimed the tree wasn’t the bear at the barrel it was a smaller one the bigger bear chased up the tree. I guess if you’d placed a red arrow on it people would have paid better attention and noticed the size change once the bear was up the tree

  4. Thanks for showing just how much bears put up with without attacking us. But every bear attack out there gets told over and over again, so people think that every bear encounter ends badly! Thank god, it doesn’t! They know we hunt them, so of course they don’t trust us! But once in a very blue moon a bear will turn on you and hunt YOU, a predatory attack. Mostly black bears, but grizzlies that are hungry may also , but it’s like sharks in the sea. Thousands upon thousand swim and surf and only very rarely will a shark attack happen. But when our biggest predators attack, it’s bloody and of course terrifying!

  5. Stupid humans! 99% of these were us, intruding on bears, taking pictures, hiking deep into bear country ALONE, bear with cubs, etc etc
Bears mostly will run off, avoiding humans! But they have a right to just be safe in their environment. You go in those areas by yourself , you WILL run into a bear, so, whose fault is that? Unfortunately most bears pay with their lives if the chew on you !

  6. Just remember, when hiking in beer country always travel with a group. If a bear attacks there’s one thing you need to remember, you don’t have to run faster than the bear. You just have to run faster than the slowest person in your group . You’re welcome

  7. 27:45 that black bear is showing the perfect example of predation. Black Bears that will follow you, as this one has, are spending that time assessing you as a possible food source. It is sizing the person up and considering if it is worth the energy, or if the human will hurt it. Black Bears are actually more dangerous in the sense that they will do this, they will hunt people to kill them and eat them for food. Whereas Brown Bears (or Grizzly Bears if you prefer) very RARELY will hunt a human as predation. MOST encounters with Grizzly Bears are mothers with Cubs or a Bear sitting on a cached kill and they feel threatened by the person being so close to their food source, and finally they also attack when they get startled at times. But as I said you will ALMOST never see a Grizzly bear doing what the Black Bear is doing in this video.

  8. Lmfao the guy getting his shotgun 🤣 when he shot it and it went poof I thought it misfired lmao it was a popper or flare so my friend you have a long flare gun not a shotgun lmfao
