5. Back in the 80s they wore those brown uniforms we called them brownies. They would give you a ticket at 859 when you had to move your car at 9am for alternate side of the street parking. When they changed uniforms, they thought they were regular cops. They are the most sadistic rat fucking bastards. Wish he would have gotten shot in his head.

18. If you are in law enforcement of any kind, being overweight and out of shape is absolutely unacceptable. The fact that there seem to be no physical mandates and requirements for the NYPD is amazing to me.

20. It is not too difficult to find the assailant. All the data are recorded electronically by the traffic agent, with that the police will find assailant in no time. For the assailant, first consult with an attorney and then turn yourself in.
