10. Been to a lot of Ramsay's restaurants, not impressed at all. People just say its good because its Ramsay.

11. I don't know if Umami is what Thai people would call their flavoring, but it's a perfect balance you have to master. Been to Thailand many times and they have a very specific ratio they tend to like. Gordon was right when he said it was all about that balance. Definitely had thai food that was too salty and that just kills the dish.

    He's fought in the competition, cooking dishes that's are not his forte. Plus he need to impressed the local judges using local dish. It's quite hard but all in all great effort.
