I think you left out the most important in the case against Kaltenbrunner. The witness of the commander of Auschwitz Rudolf Höss. By Höss as a witness the case Kaltenbrunner was building for himself as not being aware of what was happening to the Jews feld a part. As Höss implicated Kaltenbrunner in a meeting and Kaltenbrunners present in one of the camps for extermination of the Jews. And then Höss goes on to tell about how Auschwitz operated. I thinking that is an extremely important part of case against Kaltenbrunner.
