The dude smiles way too much considering what he is talking about, however that can be just that he is nervous in front of a camera….. But that smile at 5:53 is troubling at best ….. a bit creepy knowing four youngsters are brutally killed next door to his bedroom. He might have been jealous of these victims success and lifestyle; got pissed with their noisy parties and at 1 AM when music started again he went and hell broke loose …. who knows ?? He mentions that they "the victims" were like they had been living in the area forever, I have experienced that kind of resentment from locals who do not mix with the "cool" invaders when I moved to Aspen in the 80 's….
He's come out saying he will give DNA answer any questions whatever. This guy is innocent. These "Internet Investigators" Need to chill. There's a team of over 100 working day and night to try and solve this case as well as family, friends and locals.
