I was in La Jolla California McGrath Beach is a child with my brother and we were walking in the coastal Eddie I guess that's the word for it where all this water fills in and all the sudden me and my brother got this really strange feeling with all these waves started coming in like something was forcing us to run we ran in the middle of where all the water was coming in and the sand sucked around our legs to the point we were stuck it got really freaky for a minute like we were going to drown

    If I go to a halal Chinese take away I won't support them unless it is a Chinese family working there with no foreigners. The reason why is because the family work as a disciplined team and their products are of the highest quality you can find. People may say it is wrong for this girl to be scaling the fish but I dont. I also know that these children are also expected to attend school and the parents expect good results.

    The exact same thing happens in Indian families. I know of a couple of rich Indian families whose children work with other employees in their shops. They are not given a management position but have to work from the bottom up. Even though they will probably eventually go to university and study for degrees in various subjects, when off from university they work in the business to earn their keep and they work hard too. This teaches them life skills and discipline. I spoke to their parents who explained that if you want to run a business you need to know how to do everything in the business from cleaning to management. That way if something goes wrong you know how and why and can remedy the situation.

    I worked in a department store as a merchandiser and stock controller. When the Indian top management came to the store they worked alongside the normal employees with a good attitude and as hard as the staff. By doing this they inspired the staff and won their trust and cooperation.

27. The father able to visit his son only one day out of the year hit me hard. Also as a little one my uncle would take me fishing. It was my job to gut and trim the ribs from many fish. I was so small I needed a chair to stand on and I was good at it and I enjoyed it!
