  1. I had my parakeet when she was very young & waited for about a year to be sure she wouldn't lose trust in me. Now she's practically tamed lol

She steps up on my hand & on a chopstick-or as i call it- the step-up stick. I only use the step-up stick whenever she is in a hard to reach place.

  2. I swear I have so much knowledge from you, thank you for sharing and for being available for us in the first place. This is such a privilege to watch those Videos for free.

  3. Hello my name is Azelie, this is my dad's phone. I was wondering if jou could help me with my budgie Crypto. I have had Crypto for a year now, and I only discovered your amazing channel 5 months ago and I didn't know you should first tame him in his cage before you let him out. Ok, so last year my next door neighbour asked me if I want Crypto, I said yes, but the next day my neighbour told me he was a little bit sick, he was 5 weeks old and could eat by himself, at that time he was tamed and sat on your hand, but because he was sick they had to treat him, and they had to grab him. Now it is a year later and he only sits on my shoulder and if I have bird safe food in my hand he will eat out of my hand, but he won't perch my hand or finger. He has a large playground, he is out the whole day, he is in my room where I am, so he is out and spend the whole day with me. I spend a lot of time wit him. So can you help me tame my budgie. I watch your videos every week, I LOVE your channel and your budgies. I wish my Crypto was as tamed as your Neo. Crypto is as playful as Neo, he loves mirrors, loves playing around, chew every thing he sees and loves cos lettuce (romaine lettuce).

  4. Thank you a lot! This really helped me as I am getting a budgie. Watched all your videos, also what name should I name it? Just reply it. (My budgie will be a boy)

  5. Hello!!
I have four birds in one cage and one baby bird. Every time I try and gain its trust they just don’t want me there. What do I do?
The only who trust me is the baby😅 I have had these birds for over a year and they never trust me😢
Thanks for anyone who read this! Please help me out😭👍

  6. My parents suddenly planned to get budgies and, so we ended up with four, one for each of us in the family. But since I have the most time at home, I have to take care of them by myself. That is why this video is a lifesaver and your entire channel, thank you Salvador Budgie!

  8. Hello, I watch your channel a lot and am asking for specific advice. 2 of my budgies are tamed as I've had them since they were around 1 month old, but one of them has past trauma from the breeder I got them from. I've noticed this has affected my budgie as she seems to space out and flinch or lean away and stare into nothing if I raise my finger above her to pet her, or if my hand is behind her. This is due to her seeing the breeders hand reach into the nest box and grabbing her for the first time and passing her around very quickly while other birds in the cage were screaming and flying around.. How do I help her overcome this? She is almost 7 months old now. She eats from my hand and steps up, but freaks out when my hand or finger goes above her head.

  9. I had a budgie. I've had her for about a month and a half now, I've tried all of your taming methods, and nothing has worked. When I try the fingers on the perch method, she immediately flys out of her cage. While it may take a while, she'll go back into her cage on her own. She's not food motivated.

  10. Hey idk if you will read this but i have a question

I have 2 birds in one cage they are a pair and love being together
But since i can not tame them together, how do i seperate them without making them streesed?
One is still extremley afraid of me while the other is fine with me
    So what do i do?

  11. Im trying to get a bird, and I've been doing research. When I found this channel, I sorta binged watched it. I have learned so much! Thank you!❤
