2. I love dogs and wish I could rescue, foster and adopt them but there is no way I could care for them. When I had to have my baby Squirt put to sleep in July of 2021 it broke my heart because she was also my ESA dog plus she always knew when my blood sugar was going up and to high. Plus she started acting strange back before I found out I have lung cancer. I had her since the day she was born. I had her for 13 and a half years. I miss and love her with all my heart.

And it's really hard to diagnose because the symptoms are common to other maladies, and most people are unaware of this so they don't mention it to their doctors.
