We all struggle with our bodies in some way. My hats off to anyone who chooses to take back control and get their health back on track. And much respect to those who choose to share their journey publicly! It truly helps when you see someone else fighting the same fight as you!
I feel unattractive being 13 lbs overweight. This show has helped me understand that a little bit of self-discipline will produce good results for me, too.
It's a concern that Moniek's goal is only to look good for her wedding because after the wedding she might go back to her old eating habits.
tbh they are already lucky to be in this show because they have a personal coach!! that's one of the best motivator they cound have , do you know how much it cost to pay a personal coach?! its a lot so for them to be able to have a coach is a dream for everyone who wants to lose weight
Fast food equals death
i hope that they're all healthy and happy and doing well now.
Lee cambell the instructor he is so handsome people who are over weight they should Loose weight by looking at him seriously 🌸🌺🌼
what i dont get is that they are being weighed with shoes on and that adds up to the weight…
Sadly these obece folk are successful to a point when they have a guy like this on their back, but we all know when the show is over most of them resume their old habits and gain most of it back!
she found herself a paycheck and an enabler… perfect for her… but those 2 sons are screwed
With the backwardness of our economy, increment in the price of gas, alarming rates of unemployment.i must confess our country have taken a wrong turns.vividly I don't know how else to carter for my expenses
It’s an addiction, there’s so many of us who need a bit of help with no judgement, wether it’s food, drink, drugs support is so needed. I wish everyone out there the best of regards for the new year.
Sadly most morbidly obese people die of complications from the obesity before they lose the excess weight and get healthy. It’s such a sad, sad condition. Imagine looking at that scale and realizing how much weight you’re going to have to drop. Anyone that makes those positive changes for the sake of their health are absolute heros.
Yay I love shows that expose fatties 😊
