33. I can’t even believe they conduct high speed chases anymore for non major or non violent crimes like this. Especially in major cities like LA. It is infinitely more dangerous to chase someone down all through the city while increasing in speed and risk than it is to just let them go when things start to get hairy. Most people will have a license plate on their car and won’t do this.
