At 2:22 it might have been dehydration (not saying it for sure is), but when I fainted from dehydration it felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest and it was going to explode, and I was shaking.
Bizarrely the clip after that could also be a migraine. It actually makes a lot of sense because gamers spend extended periods of time not eating or drinking without realising it while stressed and staring at screens being exposed to blue light. Ok they just said it was a migraine while I was typing this 😅 Migraines are RARELY deadly so the title of the video isn’t really accurate.
Could be a hemiplegic migraine not a heart attack? It has similar symptoms to a stroke as well as visual disturbances and not eating as well as being dehydrated are big triggers.
