3. They are not "children" they're young murderers. We didn't murder at a young age, our neighbours young didn't, in all the neighbourhoods I've been at, non of their children murdered. That's the difference, children don't murder, only amongst them.. young murderers

9. The biggest problem with these teenagers, is that, they think life is just one big joke and they can do whatever they want, whenever they feel like it!!!

17. We all make mistakes, but I was a teen once, and ya know what, I never committed a felony. I barely committed misdemeanors (for speeding). There are some mistakes you're not allowed to make. Period.

18. To Babeua's attorney: The only problem with the sentence your client got is that he has a chance for parole.

21. If these children can do such evil towards a family member or indeed anyone, at their age, they are too dangerous to be let out when they are older.

23. I think being tried as an adult should be taken on a case by case basis. With factors not limited to premeditation, the nature of the crime etc. with the exception that I cannot justly say there is no lower bound to this. A 5 year old cannot comprehend these things. Where the absolute line is, I cannot say.

24. Unfortunately, children now grow up faster than ever – technology has made them grow up and become adults in a child-sized bodies. There is no such thing as sheltering them away from the brutal realities of life. So, even if it a child commits a crime, they still need to face the consequences that follow their actions. Sure, the kid is cute and in a child-sized body which makes it hard to believe that they are capable of heinous behaviors. Guess again, folks!!!!!

25. There’s no rehabilitation for these cold blooded killers who are just pure evil! They need to be locked up for the rest of their natural life! If they were old enough to pick up a gun or other weapon to kill their victims, they’re old enough to be sentenced as an adult! That’s part of the problem we’re dealing with now, letting the killers go free so they can go out and kill more people!

28. If you are old enough to pick up a hammer and hatchet and slaughter someone with them, you are old enough to do the time. Life in prison is perfectly acceptable.

Im sorry but ANY PARENT who buys a gun for their kid… ANY gun should be held accountable for their childrens actions as well if that child does something like this with a weapon… that parent allowed them to have unsupervised access to a weapon of death and that failure of parenting should force them to pay the same cost as their child for whatever crime they did with said weapon.
    I understand a kid using a gun… i used one to hunt as a child.. my father gave it to me when i was young but i had been trained with the weapon and i was also always under supervision while using it… when we were home it was locked up and put away and i would never have had access to it without my father knowing… these parents who allow the guns to just sit in the house are failing as parents and are just as guilty

33. How many 15 year olds would be killers if they couldn't get semiotic guns? It's guns that need to be stopped. If they can't get the guns they won't be able to shoot anyone.
