I like that they plotted this out, but isn't bringing someone in and making up a crime to accuse them of itself a crime??
Imagine committing a heinous crime many years ago and living for years, even decades thinking you got away with it. No one will ever find out, too much time has passed. It would be an act of God for me to get caught at this point. Then, as DNA technology gets more and more advanced every day, you start to wonder if maybe it will catch up to you one day after all. You start getting anxious, knowing that the life you've built for yourself in the past years will all come crumbling down on you in an instant if you are caught. You'll start to obsessively pick your brain trying to remember if you made any mistakes when you committed the crime. Did I clean up the crime scene enough? Maybe I DID leave DNA on the scene. Oh God, did I leave evidence behind? were there witnesses? And you'll never know when your day of reckoning is coming, or even if. You'd never have a comfortable moment or restful night's sleep for the rest of your life.

I love how DNA and technology is righting so many wrongs. Ladies especially , please , please , please , arm yourselves. Buy a gun and learn how to use it. Don't let some sicko victimize you. If possible , also get yourselves a good big dog , Rottweilers are awesome for this and they are very loving and sweet family members. My heart hurts for these victims.

You can check online the number of time the dna evidence was wrong. Many times!

These people deserve worse punishment than sitting in a jail cell for the rest of their stinking lives. Imagine the terror he brought to the young woman, the physical agony of the knife wounds, and knowing she is going to die at the hands of this beast. They deserve to be, at the very least, put through an exact simulation of the terror, exact pain and suffering they forced their victims to suffer. The ones who aviod capture for years, deseve extra punishment too, when caught, a srict rigid diet regime, absolutely no modern entertainment, tv, or cell phones, entirely deprived of anything they deprived their victims of, for all the time they got a way with their criminal act.
