When I was 16 I was shot 4 times by some cholos for noo reason at all . They pulled up asked me where I was from I told em I'm not from a gang an they still shot me an friend we didnt dress like gang members in any way . We wqa skaters and dressed like skaters . I'm 32 now with 4 kids an I don't let my kids out my sight i have a 12 year old daughter an I would never let her hang out in the street no matter what if she wanna go out side then I'm out there watching . U can't let yo 13 yr kid run the street especially in LA that's crazy idc what the situation is the parent needs to do what ever it takes to make sure there kid gets to school safe an home safe . I couldn't imagine not knowing where my kid is at 13 years old especially with how bad it is these days. Your kid shouldn't be walking home from school or taking a public bus at 13 in LA no matter what to dangerous out there. For ur kids you need to make a away no matter what there is no excuses as a parent it's ur job to keep ur kids safe 13 is to young to run the streets of LA.
