I live in Cali. Don't let the somber music fool you the majority of us are extremely grateful for this rain. Plus, Cali doesn't have extreme cold temperatures where the majority of us live and the rich mostly live on hillside homes so their insurance will cover damages and if not, they got the money. State does a great job offering sandbags to help with flooding, you just need to contact them and find a station. We are good 👍 😎
