A story of Irene, a woman of 37, being a mother of 2 children – a boy of 12 and a girl of 16 – who passionately falls in love with a young guy Anatoly, a former secret service man, who is an absolute polarity to her weak-willed husband. As a result of dramatic twists and turns, her husband dies of heart attack, her children abandon her and she retires to a monastery as a lay sister. After 15 million views and no thumbs down I decided to watch this movie. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The highs and lows were so real. I am happy he was true to his word even at the age of 26. Love is love. Puts a smile on my heart.
This is sick story,wife to blame she made things became worsts……
She is not to be blamed to not have the proper man figure that she admires, yes her husband is acceptable but he isn't a good looking or tries to make his self be good looking. + not able to stand for her against his mom is another big issue that any women hates to go through. She kept quite for a long time which made things worst, she does what is required tried her best but sometimes women want more. Yes a men can be acceptable looking but don't feel yourself free for that as much as women is competing with her self to look better everyday so does he! Being in love while marriage is not good its a big mistake but mistakes happen when the things are out of control. I'm not saying she's right with her actions but as well she can't be wrong, every one of us has limit to accept things. Sometimes some of us accept the unacceptable just for a day to go smoothly but in some time some where there is this time that you will be triggered for more. If he was what she like and admire why the hell would she see out? It's enough that when he kissed her hands she felt like a lady a women that is love and beautiful which is missing with her husband. So any men out there if you have a female take care of her and do the best because a women will never choose unsafe option unless if her life was really dull! Thank you for the amazing movie I loved the characters the story the scenario, the Russian culture day by day drives me insane ❤️ so warm and icy ❤️

Feeling sorry for her ungrateful children. She has successfully portrayed her character in this move. Her affection less careless husband made her went through this much. Thanks god this young lover came to her life as a rescuer of her. Story is amazing. I love the actress who has played the main character in this movie.
