i don't understand why people keep building in these flood fire and volcanic areas ..
that metal fence sounded a lot like wood as it hit the ground lol, even cold i dont see the metal just snapping into small pieces like that.
8:11 Not really hurricane, even though wind speeds may resemble it. Hurricanes occur on warm oceans and also take a much longer time.
This is basically just a very heavy wind gust from a (thunder)storm. Such a thing is in fact caused by a meteorological phenomenon called a downburst in the storm, which is a very fast descending wind in the storm cloud, and which starts moving horizontally when it reaches the ground.
Different from true hurricanes (you litterally describe the difference in your next, final item), this is just a much more regular thing in continental climates. Not so much different from the mid US experience with thunderstorms.
Okay 8:30 you and all other channels need to stop calling non-tropical winds hurricanes. Hurricane refers to very explicitly a synoptic scale warm core cyclone with a distinct eye feature that forms over tropical oceans, and impacts tropical and subtropical coastlines. Once in the baroclinic zone (north or south of 33* latitude) it becomes and extratropical cyclone as a cold core cyclone. This of course is still required to have formed over an ocean. What every one of you keeps calling a hurricane is not only not a cyclone, but rather a mesoscale or even small scale convective event, but these locations are no where near any ocean which is an absolute must. This is either a microburst within a supercell thunderstorm, or if a line that expands to the synoptic scale then is a derecho. Please stop using grossly incorrect terms just for increasing viewership.
Thanks for the video. May I say that the «Drifting ice» is far from being an extreme weather moment IMO, given what we experience here each year or so. Here is an example, among others, of what ice strength is, in a rare event.

If this video was made 3 months later, the tornado outbreak of dec10, 11 would be included.

The storm in Russia that destroyed a farm was caused by a powerful Mesoscale Convective System (MCS) not a hurricane. Straight line windstorms are known as inland hurricanes but they aren't hurricanes.
I like how the firefighters were like fuck it we’re going off-road where no man has gone before
That hurricane at the end was terrifying. No house will survive that shit.
2:42 Dayum, bro. I wouldn't wanna be in that situation.

Your channel is by far my favorite one on YouTube.
I am on an Underworld binge day and I am amazed at how close some of these videos are. My son showed me this channel and its one of our favorite things to watch on YouTube.. Much respect. Keep the videos coming..
the tsunami was never a risk on la palma it was tenerife that is the problem if the ridge falls
People building houses next to an active volcano 🌋 and crying when it erupts and lava destroys them… what were you expecting? Roses and rainbows? 🤨
I was expecting the fire video to be similar to ones I’ve seen before, fire super close to the vehicle but never touching. This was so much more intense than that and my anxiety was high watching it lol
Russia is a part of Asia???🙄🙄🙄 Really??? 🤨
The Bible’s coming to life
Those firefighters had a close to call, scary shit.
Clearly global warming is a myth.
those guys in the fire are lucky holy ** like lucky the cars didn't break down, catch fire or explode in that heat for that long
Most of the fires in California were caused by the power companies being complacent. Neglecting power poles that needed upgrades or basic maintenance.
2:46
I always wondered why they were worried when they were on the road and not off-road
Takut ke? Buat maksiat taktakut, kena bala tau takut
