We all made mistakes in lifting at beginning, if he change his technique it will be good

Bro if it was me there my knees would’ve been a goner bro ☠️
300kg, my back is dying on me.
I can't imagine what he feels
now do it for reps
now i want to see your squat
The "machine hit a pr" got me lauppin',.,.,.,.😁😂😂😂
Kids these days 🤦♂
i thought 443kg was impressive at 16y (my friends pr not mine)
great he is going to the gym but he should focus on form and tempo rather than what that was
I hit 420kg on the leg press at 16 years old, did 12 reps but the last 3 where ego lifts, hurt my back, and 4 months later my back is still not 100% almost there but still needs to recover, now I'm scared of the machine and only do 200kg from time to time.
What I want to warn you with this is, don't ego lift in the leg press
Expected 0 ROM, now I'm depressed
He didn't do it. The weight dropped and bounced halfway backed up, and then he used both legs and both arms to assist the rest of the way. That isn't leg pressing.
Toothpick legs: check
Zero control on the negative: check
Huge bounce: check
Pushing on the knees with hands: check
Too bad he didn't lock out his knees at the end, would have been perfect.
He lifted that with his ego. Leg press is by far the easiest lift to ego lift. Film yourself doing a heavy squat or bench. 😂
his legs look like they were gona snap
please don't do this bro
My record is 400 kg, but im 18 y/r
kevdog enters the chat:
Rip his knees
Poor form, hands putting presion on his knees, bruh i feel pity for his knees
Bruh whatever, anyone can get heavy weights on leg press, but this guy is literally helping with his hands and losing all the eccentric. Terrible.
I'm 14 y/o and leg pressing the Leg Press' max which is 240kg for 12 reps at 60kg BodyWeight, this dude is literally going to crush his ribcage doing this. He needs to widen his stance and go down in weight. I'm still impressed that he can push up 360kg, of course the machine does lift a bit of it with slamming like that.
His joints are strong and if he gets the technique right he could end up very strong, he has the potential.
When he started pushing his knees I swear, I felt like I was begging God to spare his life.
no 8th grade girl is gonna like the fact that your legs are strong but you have arthritis at 13 💀
Bro he just bounced the weight
he cant be 13 holy shit when i was 13 i looked like a twig
He really gota control that negative tho
My friend does 190 kilo in his leg press
rodilla al fallo
13? My man's not gonna grow another inch
Thought bro broke his knees in half the way he quickly looked up like that after the weights dropped
He should have been able to resist it of he's able to leg press that for real as in resisting the sudden flexion due to the weight followed by slow extension.
He's going to do it for real though if he kept his grind long enough.
Lol when i was 15 i used to do 200 kg for 8 reps , i thaught it was bad lol
video is joke
Knees: hellp
That'd awesome! Now do 360kg squat. You got this!
Just be careful young lads. Life doesn't end at 25 it just starts getting awesome, but not if you've got destroyed knees and back.
When you drop the weight so hard it moves the entire machine from the bounce… rather see him take 2 plates off each side and do a controlled 1 rep then this ego lift
all these egolifters….,brahs gonna be having probs at boomer age daawg
He really did pushed it tho… it's so frickin heavy that u can see the soreness of his legs gooosh😭 but what a view man
thanks bro >3
