16. #1 should be suspended for sure. He tried to step over him and then pushed him right after. The other player was just trying to get up, but since he threw a punch you can say he can be suspended too. I don’t think the winning team should of been knocked out of the playoffs, but since both teams got involved that’s a hard decision to make.
