In my area there's a new gym that has opened that is only for women. They've only been opened for 6 months and so far every female in our area has signed up. I think this should be spread across the states. Us girls need to feel safe and secured when we workout and we are tired of creeps like these.

These private facilities need signage stating no one is allowed to open the door for ANYONE, and those caught doing so will be fined and possibly removed from having access themselves. That gives people an excuse from letting in sketchy people and I doubt any woman would give up that right just to be fake nice
People living in certain communities today either have to take complete responsibility for their welfare or just submit to taking loss after loss. There's a reason why doors have locks and it's not because they're racists. Let it be known you wouldn't open a door to a stranger and this is no different. Everyone in this private facility has a right to know who's in there and no one should relinquish their right to that.
I know a few gyms that actually penalize members for buzzing in people who do not have badge access. One because of safety of course and two people try to get in without paying. If it's badge access, never buzz in a person that doesn't have a keycard. If the attendant if off hours and there's no number to call for assistance, they're out of luck. I've looked people square in the face many times who didn't have a badge and continued my workout.
All cause she didn't want to seem racist…. She made for some, a fatal mistake. Maybe next time these young people will think before they vote…. That's were the downward spiral starts in most communities.
