Wow, the first video shows a guy fall down and get completely covered in molten aluminum. Great way to start a countdown video. 🙌
Factory don't take in to consideration that multen metal properties can over exceed some of the mechanical equipments or the weight of the metal capacity
In the Russian one my time playing online tells me they were saying something close to “oh fuck, oh fuck, something something, fucking bad.” If any Russians want to help me with the translation feel free to help
I used to work as welder and not a day went by when ldid have thought for the guys who made the stuff in front of me its the most dangerous job on earth if some one fucks up there's a good Chance you'll leave this Earth as ball of hot plasma.
6:32 the guy sounds like a scav from eft lmao
What does nanako mean in 6:34
your dumb voice over the footage -1
The floor is lava. LITERALLY
That stuff will vaporize a human. Like if you ever fell in or it dumped on your body you wouldn’t fell a thing. Vaporized. Or you may become the human torch if you’re a mutant.
The guy who put his hand in the molten metal did that on PURPOSE wow.
Dude! Why did you insert the intrusive horrible music? WTF?
How does one clean up a steel spill? Just take a diamond saw and start cutting squares?
Seems like a huge problem … Would it be worth the cost?
Camroh
If you want a good laugh, turn on closed caption for the #2 video of the Russian guy yelling while he never stops filming. I promise you will laugh your ass off!!!
The guy who walks inside on number 3 had a final destination vision or something because damn that would not of been good
ENJOY THIS VIDEO.?? Are you real??
This dude is ignorant.
I worked at a foundry, and seen plenty of accidents. The guys at 5:49 were not in life-threatening danger. I’ve had ricocheted molten steel hit my skin dozens of times(obviously it hurts). The molten stream definitely would burn any tissue it contacts, but unless they’re constantly exposing a body part to it, it’s not going to burn through bone.
Did any workers perish in the first video? I don't see they could have gotten away.
Someone my grandmother knew, fell into a vat of molten aluminium in Scotland. I don’t think they managed to swim to safety.
Number 3 looks like it was a wet charge
Copy Cat,……stealing other people work,…so sad!!!!!!!
#3 is actually just a wet charge being dropped into an electrode arch furnace. When the ore is really wet from being outside it can cause a steam explosion. This is just a really big one. They usually aren’t that crazy.
I kinda feel like steel mills would be a good job to make automated.
i don't give likes to videos poisoned with ads ……
A family member worked in a steel refinery in Pennsylvania in the 1970s, they had a perfect safety record until they didn't, when they finally had an accident a whole bunch of people were buried under molten steel, they never did find their bodies to even bury them if there was anything left. They close down The foundry a year later
My uncle worked at a steel stamping plant and a Piece of metal weighing around 200lbs fell from 12 ft into my uncle and he had to get facial reconstruction and had to eat out of a straw for 9 months
Had to mute. This guys voice is absolutely insufferable.
The fourth one isn't an explosion. The crane operator recalled the crane before the vat was finished pouring, so it continued to pour along the ground.
That third one is called a Wet Load. They were adding powder to the mixture to bring it to grade, such as adding carbon or aluminum or zinc or nickel. Anything they need to get the appropriate composition.
A Wet Load is when the powder has moisture in it.
To put it into perspective, a single 16oz water bottle turns into about 3,000 liters of vapor – instantly. Hence, the explosion.
dat boi ded
7:10 – Jump on ebay and see if they sell Asbestos Umbrella's……..
The cameraman is invincible
One minute: Steel Mill
Next minute: Dante's Inferno
1:48 one is dead and other likely lost most of his skin of his head and back.
Try not leading with begging for subs and likes.
My video is on the YOU TUBE: robotizado con cd 4017 , ne 555 pilotos
Shot under the video. Andre Kaiser Troll
6:20 – Russians! That's not a person with "guts", that's called "Vodka".
What happened at 7:34?
