🇮🇳STICKY RICE BREAD: Mix flour made out of wheat and rice paste, water and form it into a dough, then deep fry this with mustard or refined oil for 3-4 minutes.
🇮🇳BEANS: Pre-soak the beans for 2-3 hours. To a pot with water, add bamboo shoot, ginger, pork fat, chili, salt and garlic. Boil for 30 minutes.
🇮🇳PUFFED RICE WITH SESAME: Roast the sesame and grind it using a pounder in a bowl until it turns into a paste. Grinding takes 1 hour to extract the oil out of it. Add rice to a frying pan and dry fry the rice, stirring it for 5-6 minutes over a good fire. Scoop it onto a plate and add local sesame.

I respect that the Nagaland tribes want to continue practising their ancestral roots & heritage but they seem like a beef eating Christian converts living in India only to call themselves different so they can be exempt from the laws of India on certain meat consumption when it is a Hindu majority country. India has always respected other believers, ethnic minorities & tribes and adhering to the countries policies won't harm anyone since they're living in India. All people living in India are Indians & if they don't see themselves as Indians or part of the community, then they shouldn't be living there. The people who lost their actual culture and converted to some other religion(just 125 to 150 years ago) and now says they are a different part/small country and one day they will liberate from motherland India.
