13. They used to have doctors that were apart of the camps. Kinda like Deadwood the series in the early 2000's they would live in these hotels or they be there a lot to keep the women in "working condition" A many sexually transmitted disease could be a death sentence back then.
    A 1000 times more than today.
    Also they could be saying girl "3". Like to customers the girls had numbers to identify them. Or even the pimps just plain say you're girl 3 that's is who you are from today on forward. Just all ideas maybe or maybe not.
