19. This was a triumph, primarily, of excellent training, airmanship and teamwork by all concerned including the cabin-crew. Capt Moody is very phlegmatic about it, I highly recommend looking for films of interviews with him.

21. Lack of oxygen is called hypoxia. No oxygen is called anoxia. In aviation we use the term hypoxia.

22. This is somewhat i accurate as the oxygen masks in the cockpit are not cheap, plastic yellow ones like the cabin ones. The crew have proper oxygen masks with proper oxygen tanks unlike the oxygen generators which last about 15 minutes in the cabin.
