16. I'd say they taste like dishwashing detergent is because they are not getting all the soap off the utensils and cooking dish. How I know I have been in the same predicament and thought soap! Then washed everything really well with a good rinse and no soapy taste.

17. As the food North East also have different styles of music . You could have used them as background music. I am from Assam and in some parts I hear punjabi music which I felt a little bit awkward.
