The green lovebird is the most common lovebird. This is the kind of color we see a lot in their natural habitat in the wild. And this is one of the basic colors of all kinds of Lovebird color mutations that exist today. Uniquely, the Green Fischer Lovebird is a type of lovebird which is known to have long duration songs. At least that’s what happened in Indonesia. In Indonesia, the average Lovebird that wins the bird song competition is the Green Fischer lovebird. At least the Green Fischer Lovebird can sing with consecutive giggles for at least 5 to 10 seconds.
And as you can see in this video. This is a pair of Lovebird Green Fischer raised from eggs by a breeder from Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia. They can giggle, for at least 3 seconds. And one of them can giggle with a longer duration. In this video there are a few moments they did just that. I am happy that I was able to record it. Some Lovebird trainers use that sounds to train the singing quality of their birds. While some people like it just to be listened to.
