Number 1 should have been the Indian Bhopal Chemical Disaster in 1984. Over 3,000 people died at a Union Carbide pesticide plant. It is widely recognised as the most toxic disaster in human history.

There were 3 recent disasters by NASA. The Shuttles Challenger and Columbia. Both could have been averted ( don't need to go into the details) and the 3 was the explosion in Nevada. The plant that produced fuel for the solid rocket boosters. ( do not remember the name.) If anyone knows please let me know. This was due to the shuttle program being shut down, and NASA never told them to stop production. So the fuel was stockpiled.
These 3 disasters should never have happened.

The simple fact that you got the train derailment info wrong leaves me doubtful of the accuracy of the information on the remaining video….An overheated wheel bearing on a train has nothing to do about brakes…that train was going to derail whether it had new brakes or not….maybe you should inquire about why the hot wheel was not spotted before the failure…instead you just blame the corporate greed angle.

The chemical in East Palestine Ohio. Was POLYVINYL CHLORIDE. Far more carcinogenic than vinyl chloride.

Y'all did a good job on the video but you got some facts wrong. Some of the dates off and some of the facts you got wrong like the one with the submarine. I have seen the transcripts from the investigation and it was not welding that was the problem. I will let y'all figure that out so y'all can redo the video and get it right
Sadam was trying to protect his country from terrorists, you American scum invaded so many countries and caused these disasters including the norde stream pipeline, blame everyone else for your imperialism! Chernobyl was nothing compared to Nevada testing ground or the marshall islands getting nuked over and over, did the US explode a nuke in space and affected the van Alan belt!?! Yes!
