The dude on the bike slowed down after the first one and was like 60 feet behind when the cop slammed on the brakes then the cop is like why are you tailgating me. well he was not tailgating since after being made aware that the driver of the car thought he was too close he slowed down and gave more than enough distance between them. Which is the exact opposite of tailgating.
