'95 I stayed in Cape Town for two weeks. All fine and safe, one year later, you couldn't go outside without watching over your shoulder. Years later, I met many South Africans with english descent in Canada.

Well while people turned up a few hundred years ago and like in many parts of the world stole a country and then preceded to train the lovely South African people how to treat others.
