Why don’t Americans keep their distance, don’t look in the mirrors when changing lanes, don’t look at the road while driving along the highway and leave the scene of an accident?
When driving or riding, being on the big road, just consider that not everyone is you. Well, if you are the type of person who is always alert while driving that is. Always imagine that other drivers and riders are dumb, and be alert all the time. Even back in horse/carriage era they have crashes, heck horses crashing into each other seems common, especially with reckless riders. The road is a scary place, but you chose to put your life on the line on it for convenience, thus you have to be prepared.
Hard to tell on #13. WHY did the light go to a flashing yellow? If I was insurance I would say whoever set the light was at fault. Cammer knew it was going to be bad before it even happened.
The SUV #2 I did not see any flashers or brake lights. No shoulder. That's tough. Not a great place to be stopped.

27. It looks like the brakes failed on that car…the lights came on, but the car definitely didn't slow down. Then just before impact the lights go off and back on like they pressed the brakes again. Either brake failure or person was not really paying attention
