13. I don’t know why people get dogs if that is how they will treat them.
    I had a neighbor who did that with a dog.
    Got it, and chained it to a tree they day he brought it home.
    I called the Humane society (where they got the dog) and they came and got him back.

24. This is awful! How can people be so cruel??? I'm so glad you found him. I bet he was glad to get away from that horrible place! And he started to open up a bit. I'm so glad people out there opened their hearts to help this pooch. I'm so GLAD you kept him! He belongs with you guys!!

25. I stole a dog tied to a chain.
    My friend had been living there for about a year and she’d seen the poor baby tied up everyday. I wasn’t from that area so I took him cleaned him up and got him adopted

28. Not sure why the neighbors couldn't at least give him a warm place to stay for the time being. I don't care of the situation. The neighbors are just as guilty here. Maybe they called the people but they could of at least given him fresh water, food, and some love. Or at least take him off the fucking chain. Not only are the dog owners sickening but the neighbors sicken me more
