   You need that element of surprise to bash his head in effectively. The first punch they DON'T suspect.
   The second they shift their eyes from you. HIT EM. The first one matters. Especially if he's got friends.

13. Will never forget the video of the Jui Jitsu world champion who was shot to death by the out of shape awkward pudgy guy within 2 minutes of their altercation starting. They were on the ground grappling when he shot him. The guy got up put another couple bullets in him then just calmly walked away afterward he wasnt even shaken. Bullets trump all forms of martial arts. Only engage physically if you absolutely must.

25. if you hit somebody from below directing up towards the middle of their skull you can smash their nose bone into their brain. also hitting anyone hard in the nose will cause their eyes to water involuntarily. same with eyes. it is really easy to twist someones ankle as hard as you can and run. also use hair to control leverage. stomp on toes if you know you can outrun someone after. hitting someone in the adams apple will give you a bit to figure out what to do next. if you have the chance, cutting/striking somebody above their eyes severely reduces their vision as bloods gets in the way. same applies to using sand gravel etc to throw at people. if you are coordinated enough, a straight kick to the knee will give you plenty of space to runaway
