Still think it is heading for mistrial though, because he will kick off in front of the jury and say something that will warrant a mistrial. Hate to think who he is going to drag into court to testify on his behalf. One of them will most certainly be his ex-girlfriend, because it was obvious he just liked inflicting psychological pain on her.
