Blow Your Face Out!
Honorable Mentions as Always
Pete, fantastic series. Thank you
Hello Pete! Question for You.. Why are there so many good boots and the Artist Never put out official Live stuff? I have about 25 Early Pink Floyed Boots, where they should have recorded, but did not, and they were Awesome shows!! There should be More live Floyd, Zeppelin and Fleetwood Mac Live shows!! What are your thoughts?
I only had the live album from Black Oak Arkansas for a long time. Got it in high school German class for some reason, the teacher had a bin of records he'd give one away out of now and then. He was a very precise and proper man, no idea what he was doing with this record in the first place.
Checking out the new tracks, now I own some of their other albums, because I found more songs I like. Great show! Will also be checking out that Camel album, really like that band and agree, very classy group. Played the hell out of Moonmadness and the debut.
I believe Drippin' Wet was recorded the same night as ZZ Top's Fandango.
BJH Live is magnificent, been with me since it came out, great call, also Camel Live!
Live in Budapest by Manfred Mann's Earth Band…
John Mayall 1967 with Peter Green-best blues lead guitar ever recorded. Journey Tower Theatre the song You're on your own Neil Schon solo mind blowing-1978.
Michael Stanley Band – Backstage Pass was pretty good stuff. Very underrated.
Thanks for reminding once again to try out Camel, I liked what I heard years ago.
Never listened to Birth Control before. Now Iâm loving the Hoodoo Man album. The lead singer sounds like Burton Cummings. IMO.
Love the obscure, forgotten, & under the Radar albums you're mentioning!
Bad Brains-The Youth are Getting Restless is one of my all time favorite live albums.
ANY LIVE IAN HUNTER is worth exploring.
Earth Inferno by Fields of the Nephilim should have been a double, especially since the lineup that played it broke up shortly afterwards
you really want the 3cd version of Fleetwood Mac Live in Boson
* SOD : Live at Budokan
* Molly Hatchet : Live At Rockpalast
* Arcade : Live and Unreleased
* Nuclear Assault : Live at the Hammersmith Odeon
* Yes : In the Present â Live from Lyon 2009 , amazing…..
Steve Hackett, Tokyo Tapes. Allan Holdsworth, Then! Bill Bruford, Rock Goes To College. Colosseum Live 71. Al Di Meola Tour De Force.
Electric Light Orchestra The Night The Light Went On In Long Beach. Was recorded in 1974 Jeff Lynne pulled the release because of the sound of it. But its available to get. Its a great live album to hear
thanks Pete can't say enough how much I ⤠your channel…listening to James Gang now!
Just listened to live at Reading Festival by Samson. On June 3 the new Birthcontrol will come out.
Patridge Family Liveđ
Slade Alive! Another single that should've been a double. Criminal that the James Gang Carnegie Hall was a single LP…
Jefferson Airplane's… Grace's Debut, Return to the Matrix, Signeâs Farewell, and We Have Ignition (Collector's Choice).
Some really cool stuff.
Got a few of those Pete, i have the three disc set from Fleetwood Mac, it's tremendous.
A few suggestions off the top of my head are; Whitesnake-Live at Donington, Colosseum Live, Rory Gallagher-Live In Europe
Stan Webb's Chicken Shack-Stan The Man Live, Ten Years After-Undead, Neil Young-Weld and John Martyn-Live At Leeds.
That Camel reissue is essential! All of the extra tracks make it a perfect package. I collect vinyl and would love to see it reissued as a double LP with those extra tracks. I think Blind Guardian's "Tokyo Tales" is incredibly underappreciated, as is Candlemass "Live".
The Black Oak Arkansas Raunch n Roll reissue that Pete references is now out of print. Good luck finding a copy of it.
Great Show Pete, congratulations, you know what there is a prog band call âTilesâ it is a great band to be in this show or for a ranking the album or for in the prog seat show either .
