Drone video from Moline, Illinois on Tuesday (May 2) captured floods as a result of a rising Mississippi River.

The drone video shows the floods encroaching on nearby homes, property and roads.

The Mississippi River has risen following snowmelt after major snow storms pummeled western parts of the United States over the winter.

  2. This flooding happens year after year and the US government (Army Corp of Engineers) never really fixes the dikes. They dont build them high enough and take decades and billions of taxpayer dollars to have long lasting careers and then retirements on.
    I have an uncle in the CofE who's told me it's all a union employment scam and that the red tape and bureaucracy is paralyzing, classic government waste and inefficiency on top of corrupt union contracts.
