I am in Canada and there is a dog in my town who has spent 6 years on a chain l. No organization I’ve reached out to has done anything. She has food water and shelter and that’s all the law requires. I’ve watched her spirit break. The owner doesn’t care about her at all. He wanted an alarm system not a living sentient animal. It breaks my heart but our laws in Canada are outdated and unconscionable when it comes to animal rights.

No way would they have survived..all that rain they would have got cold and died..leaving a momma on a chain so she couldn't take them to shelter is disgusting..now we see they're all safe and warm and momma is doing a good job..they'll really grow now she is having plenty of good nutritional food..bless you Takis..7 more lives saved..🇬🇧💞✝️🙏👏👍🐾🐕🇬🇷
