3. When I saw the dog walking and saw you saying “just a few more surgeries to go but he is walking”, just made me cry so much. 😭 Thank you thank you for helping this little guy to health.
   But I can’t help but to wonder how this dog ended up in the water? Was he hit by a car and thrown in the water or someone injured him? I’m not sure how anyone can leave a dog like that in water. But I’m so happy to see him well. Please please keep doing what you do. You’re an angel from heaven 💚

    Immediately after the accident with adrenaline pumping, he probably ran off, and crawled to where they found him.
