Since she loves the water, get that girl into swimming -it will actually help with her neurological issues by working with muscle memory and teaching her body how to move in a safer cadence (Sorry used to work K9 hydrotherapy and we had a lot of dogs come to us with cerebellar Hypoplasia. Get her a well fitted life jacket and everyone into the pool! Keep an eye on her back legs to make sure she's using them in the rotary motion dogs use to propel themselves. Hugs!! Thanks for adopting this gorgeous baby. Long may she live in love and joy.
