  1. Words don’t give you a right to choke someone. He saw an opportunity to kill and that’s what he did. Now if that man was yo put his hands on someone and physically harm them first then that gives him every right to do what he did. Y’all stop saying the marine was defending and doing the right thing bc we all know he wasn’t

  2. Well, he wasn't dancing like obviously Michael Jackson at the time, and it wasn't like he was the only black man there either…so what was he doing? Being disruptive could have hurt someone, 40 prior arrests…. exactly…. 🤡🌏

  3. the Texas gunman had been deported 7 times before going off the deep end. For some weird strange psycotic reason, criminals aren't prosecuted in liberal run cities, complete shit holes///

  4. It seems Now with the new mixture of drugs coming over the border, Like TranQ , it is causing People to freak out to the point that they are dying and want to take other people with them, As in this case the man
is threatening passengers on the subway train and his heart is ready to explode, And if he is restrained in any way it causes a person to expire … These new drugs definitely have a more evil purpose and outcome now …
Does this government just want people to sit there and be assaulted and killed by drugged up maniacs ???
If the Police were present it would most likely have been the same outcome as the George Floyd incident …
For Starters , We Need to secure our borders and stop the drugs …
    Jesus Come Soon …

  5. No matter how you feel about this, imagine this person being your brother or father or loved one. Yes he was erratic and out of control but imagine how the people feel that did love him. This is still a tough time for them whoever they maybe… if someone killed someone I loved and the person whom I loved was at fault I’d still hurt. I would be upset at whoever did it but I still hold the person I love accountable for their actions but still. Treat even the dead with respect… maybe that man’s loved one is in the comments maybe his mother is reading this stuff. Maybe this man could be your grand dad who knows let’s have a little bit more empathy

  6. Bro hold on! If I’m not mistaken but didn’t the MTA say they were going to install cameras on the subway?!🤨or was that a lie?

  7. Black lives matter mfs defending that criminal is straight up disgust me. Even someone in Facebook trying to dox him and accusing him for lynching tho. What's wrong with people?

  8. The man that got choked had an arrest record mile long and his mental status showed he needed to be locked up the problem is he fell through the system he was a threat these protester probably paid are wanting this marine to pay for a man who was a threat to society the failure is the judicial system not having him locked up my guess he was at one of mental homes that was shut down put on the streets.

  9. That choke hold is called a rear naked choke!, I don't care what you say it is meant to render a man unconscious, so how dose the brotha end up dead., while g.i.joe is not only questioned, but they let him go home, come on N.Y., you can do better then that, where's the premeditated murder charge in the first degree, at least 1st degree or 2nd degree man slaughter, W.T.F.

  10. Marine did the right thing and is going to get cooked by Alvin Bragg for race baiting. This is America folks. Get rid of police and god forbid you defend yourself. If roles were reversed this wouldn’t even be a worry right? Another common black W

  11. I'm going to say this, a Marine I find Daneil Pennys action dishonorable and disgusting because the person he killed was a civilian and not combatant. So let me get this straight? With all the bystanders within the one part of the subway to where this one guy, one guy was out numbered everyone just so happened to fear for their lives? So much so until the person who is supposedly so dangerous deserved death by choke hold by one of our own based military training provided by our government because at that time, he was so scary? I call Bull Shit on every last one of you people! If his actions were so scary all of them could have united against this one guy. Second off, I'm not sure if you all realize this but there are cops within some of these rail cars. But since everyone's common use of common sense was overwhelmed by begotten fear the very people on the train would justify murder including everyone within this post who basically are giving thumbs up and we're in favor of it. A Lot of what I'm seeing is this post comes off as inherent racism. If this guy was any other color but Black or Mexican would be giving a thumbs up then? Would you be labeling him as a bad guy as I see so many so-called fellow Americans I see in this post where other marines like myself fought for this country and defended it with honor and distinction? No you wouldn't, because at the end of the day he's White while the person Daniel Penny killed was Black. None of what is happening in America today is justifiable. In fact it's stupid. So stupid until ignorance and prejudice have just this country to its core. As a marine I would never use my training against anyone unless it involved defending life. Penny's actions didn't merit that. Some of you all need to really think about this before you go off just mouthing off about things. What if this person who was I that choke hold were your friend or family member. From what I've gathered the civilian killed has mental health issues, something most states as big as New York don't have a real answer for. Furthermore, what Daniel Penny we're your friend or a family member? Could or would you be able to honestly look him in the eye and either ask him why he decided took a life, was it his attention before committing to the act and how does he feel about his new present outcome? Either way both lives of these men aren't just changed but ruined forever.

  12. I can understand needing to restrain him but with a choke hold? No, totally unnecessary. He could have stayed on his feet, restrained, patted down for weapons, taken off at the next stop, call the police, etc. What frightens me more than being on that f train is reading the responses here. Anger, fear, tired tropes, and one-line comments heard from fascist politicians. Instead of reading, thinking, and then responding, all I see is reading, reacting, reacting, reacting. No thinking going on here. A sad lot, all of you.

  13. All of the white people in the comments saying he’s a hero I want you to take a step back because it’s a lot of y’all kids out there on crack, Vinal meth, all type of stuff that causes them to be mentally eel would you suggest that a bystander just walk up behind them and choke them out? Would you say it’s right would you be OK with that? The answer is no you would be an uproar. It does not matter. We’ve seen this happen countless of times citizens, wanting to take the law into their own hands if he’s threatening somebody, how about if you’re so scared remove yourself go to another cart hit the emergency button call the police so that when you stop there they’re waiting on him but no, he chose to act as if he was a death penalty himself and choke that man out your natural response. When you have three people on top of you is to go into defense mode. I don’t care what anybody says. Should he be charged with murder maybe not should I be charged with manslaughter definitely so

  14. So my question is, if that rider didn't get involved and put this EDP in a choke, hold what would've been the outcome?

This is why people record instead of risking their own safety!

  15. Is homicide not a crime? Some body please enlighten me if it's not. But if it is a crime then that means someone should be charged.

  16. If this so called vigilanty is not charged with Jordan Neelys death protesters should reck havoc in NY. The other 2 men around him should be charged too. That choke hold was very over zealous.
