I'm going to say this, a Marine I find Daneil Pennys action dishonorable and disgusting because the person he killed was a civilian and not combatant. So let me get this straight? With all the bystanders within the one part of the subway to where this one guy, one guy was out numbered everyone just so happened to fear for their lives? So much so until the person who is supposedly so dangerous deserved death by choke hold by one of our own based military training provided by our government because at that time, he was so scary? Either way both lives of these men aren't just changed but ruined forever.
