I honestly feel that Jotaro will be a better match up for Kiryu, because they share some similarities:
– Visually they are very similar
– have a strong sense of justice and take judgement into their own hands.
– They both have aura and spirit based attacks
– They have iconic marks on their body that are relevant to their character (The Joestar Birthmark and Kiryu's dragon tattoo)

Can you guys do a death battle but it is literally just lord of the rings vs Star Wars? Everything from Howard Shore vs John Williams to the source material
I feel if we want or need to do a car based death battle (again) Might I suggest for Kiryu that instead of using Dominic… why not just use his nephew Tony Toretto from the fast and ferious spy racers TV Show.
It has all the same vibes as this MU but it also fits the far more absurd side of the things Kiryu does that just don’t fit the normal fast and ferious movies world… but that kind of stuff fits perfectly and is exactly what happens in Spy Racers.
This is just a suggestion but I’m simply saying if we’re looking for fast and ferious car based match up that has the chance to go insane and fit both characters the right way. Using Tony would be the way to go lol
