MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA – Welcome to the beautiful city of Melbourne! I was extremely excited to hang out with Desi and Irene, The Grill Sisters, who are extremely passionate about barbecue. Today they are cooking up some of their favorite recipes, including grilled octopus, lamb backstrap, and gigantic head sized wild Tasmanian oysters!

It’s going to be an ultimate backyard Australian food barbecue!

Thank you again to The Grill Sisters!

Although there’s so much more to learn, this was an introduction to learning what Australian food is!

  1. I have seen each and every videos of yours . Specially of India ,''that was great'' I am also from India small district Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. I am also a food lover and a mutton shop owner which is since 1952 in Gorakhpur

  2. That's an all day affair right there. So everything can be eaten hot off the grill. Back in Flordia we used to hold pig roasts and do seafood throughout the day while waiting for the pig.

  3. @markweins love your videos and thanks for coming out to Australia and enjoying our foods….. Keep up the great work and please visit some South American countries soon such as Uruguay……. Take care…. Love from Australia

  4. I dunno, I think mark is kooking the food selection in Australia. The first Australia video was pretty average with the fancy cafe stuff and the gal that said kangas are feral animals.
This bbq extravaganza is cool, but not what people eat day to day in Australia and not some of the best food around.
    There’s so much good food.
We have the second largest population of Greek people outside of Greece, epic food from so many cultures and awesome fancy food too. I think Anthony Bourdain selection was better when he came here.
Also he should go to the country and eat fresh food from there.

  5. Really missing out not having the West Australian Rock lobsters. WA is world renown for it so I am totally confused why you went for the octopus which is a very new fishery market they've been trying to push.
