This one girl actually thinks her stepdad or her brother is Mr. Cruel. The police were looking for a redhead but when her brother or father grew a beard, the beard was red. Her father was also very interested in the Mr. Cruel case
The Mr Cruel segment (part 1) is quite good but the transcript for the 27 Dec 1998 crime reads 1987. I hope this is just a misprint.
Recently on 14 May 2023 there was an on-line news item published saying a former employee of the college (that the last 2 victims had attended) was the person who discredited the official police criminal profile but also was responsible for the “electrical theory” that was broadcast on TV in March 2022. The story is true but both these things have been known for some time in Australia on YT channels and on the internet run by private researchers, but it is only now they have become internationally known.
