26. RIP to the victim, sorry her life was taken in this terrible way. Mental Health has reached crisis levels. This guy was sick and destructive, he was too unwell to be in a relationship. Glad he was caught, but very sad this wasn’t prevented. Anyone know how the poor dog is, that’s a lot of trauma for the pup.
