RICO you should probably get a helicopter License cause you can't hover a airplane and drop off someone or Emergency Evac for Medical reasons. I know in American and Carribean waters if you have medical Emergencies the USCG unless not close by will come to the rescue.

NautiBering it is a nautical destination and is also your name name the make of your boat and also a play on Direction as in Direction aka bearing.
