The safety of people on our roads should be paramount, especially the vulnerable. This includes pedestrians, hawkers and beggars. Where are the law enforcement agencies? Their role is enforcement and safety of all people but especially the vulnerable.

22. Also to the drivers that cars are overload with school children, you need to stop this, parents are paying R200pw but than the driver let the children sit on each others laps. Because to the driver money is more important than the child's safety. Especially the drivers who transport children in Mitchell's plain.
